Job Summary:

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using best-in-class testing frameworks.
- Conduct end-to-end automation testing for Salesforce modules, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Actively participate in requirement analysis, test case design, and defect triage sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable releases.
- Document test plans, results, and testing processes with clarity, aligning with our async culture.
- Identify gaps in requirements or functionality and proactively advocate for quality improvements.
- Collaborate with developers and other testers to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in Salesforce Automation Testing, with a strong grasp of Salesforce platform architecture.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or similar) tailored for Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
- Exceptional written communication skills; ability to document and articulate findings for asynchronous teams.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative setting within Pune or Mumbai.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certification(s) in testing or development.
- Experience with performance and security automation testing for Salesforce.
- Prior exposure to async work environments emphasizing written communication.
