Job summary

Merkle is seeking a part-time professional in India (Maharashtra: Pune - Baner) to work on Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives. The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, data architecture, and cross-functional data integrations to enable personalized customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will contribute to identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation strategies, leveraging CRM, marketing automation, web, mobile, and loyalty data. Knowledge of CDPs and analytics tools is a plus.

Data & Technical Skills

• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Understanding of customer data architecture and Customer 360 concepts.
• Experience with APIs, ETL processes, and data integrations.
• Data validation, troubleshooting, and governance experience.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools will be an additional advantage.

Marketing & CX Understanding

• Knowledge of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and personalization.
• Knowledge and experience supporting omnichannel engagement across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and Paid Media.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Integration with Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and other activation platforms.
• Experience with data lake and data warehouse.
• Knowledge of Adobe RT-CDP, Segment, Tealium, or other CDP platforms.
• Familiarity with MC Next set-up.
