Job summary

Aditya Birla Group in Gujarat seeks a Manager in Organization Effectiveness to lead and implement action plans from employee surveys, drive talent acquisition, and enhance employee engagement through OE activities across the Metals unit.

You will coordinate recruitment, ensure compensation philosophy during staffing, induct new recruits, and assist with succession planning while maintaining safety and compliance in the division.

Responsibilities

• Lead action plans from employee surveys and feedback across unit
• Coordinate and organize OE activities and engagement initiatives within the Metals organization
• Oversee timely and effective talent acquisition to meet business needs
• Induct new recruits, coordinate shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
• Ensure adherence to compensation philosophy during staffing and salary negotiations
• Support safety-focused agendas and join the safety subcommittee as required
• Assist with succession planning and employee evaluation processes

Customer

• Implementing action plans based on satisfaction surveys and employee feedback across unit
• Ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition to meet business needs
• Reducing response time of team members in providing information and solutions to all internal and external customers
• Coordination and organizing various OE activities, Business activities such as Awoo Scholarship, Vibes Survey etc. apart from activities mentioned in calendar to improve employee engagement and motivation. Focused approached on Employee Wellness initiates including financial, physical, mental and social wellness.

Organization Effectiveness & Employee Engagement activities as per OE Calendar & Budget.

Performance Management System Process

Ensuring timely completion of Goal setting process, Mid-year review & End-Year review

Coordinating with managers and other employees and assisting them whenever required to ensure completion of self-evaluation and managerial evaluation

Safety

Focus on safety-related agenda and be a part of safety subcommittee as per recycling project requirement.

Operational Excellence/TA/Compliance/SOP Adherence

1. Coordinating the recruitment process including shortlisting, interview and selection in collaboration with respective outsourced agencies and departmental managers to ensure manpower requirements are filled up in time with quality resources for positions in management cadre in JB 8 and below as well as LMS employees
2. Implementing Compensation philosophy during the staffing process through effective salary negotiations to ensure the salary ranges are maintained
3. Inducting new recruits through exchange of necessary documentation, biometric registration and orientation sessions
4. Coordinating the screening process for internal resources to fulfil the succession plan
