Job summary

Sonata Software invites an experienced ServiceNow OMT Implementation Consultant to lead telecom order management initiatives. You will design, configure, and implement end-to-end O2A processes and integrate OSS/BSS systems on the ServiceNow platform.

You will collaborate with telecom stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable workflows, configure Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, and support SIT, UAT, deployment and post-production stabilization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and implementing telecom order management on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with configuring and integrating telecom order workflows within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) solutions for telecom service providers.
• Configure customer orders, product orders, and service orders within ServiceNow.
• Design and implement order decomposition, orchestration, and fulfillment workflows.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze telecom order management requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRM, OSS, BSS, billing, inventory, and provisioning systems.
• Configure Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and telecom process workflows.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Prepare solution documentation, process flows, and implementation artifacts.

Role Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing telecom order management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
