Job summary

IntelStack is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong OMT expertise to lead a telecom-focused transformation. You will design scalable OMT architectures, oversee integrations with BSS/OSS, guide development teams, and ensure best practices and security across the program.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow OMT experience, a proven track record as an Architect, and leadership of complex telecom initiatives with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow OMT experience is required.
• Proven track record as ServiceNow Technical Architect or Solution Architect.
• Experience leading complex telecom transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow OMT implementations.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong expertise in OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications) to join a telecom-focused transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow OMT implementations.
• Define scalable and robust ServiceNow OMT architecture, integrations and technical solutions.
• Lead technical design, architecture decisions and implementation standards.
• Work closely with business, functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow OMT and telecom/BSS/OSS platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow development and implementation teams.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security and integration standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow OMT experience – MUST HAVE.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations and technical design.
• Previous experience in the Telecom domain is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.Experience working on complex ServiceNow transformation programmes.
