Job summary

Sonata Software in Bengaluru is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Telecom Architect to lead architecture and implementation of OMT/SOMT solutions. The role focuses on end-to-end telecom processes, automation, and integration with BSS/OSS platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Lead-to-Cash transformations, and strong expertise in Flow Designer, REST/SOAP, and CMDB/CSDM. This is a senior, client-facing position requiring leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow platform architecture and telecom domain knowledge.
• Experience with SOMT/OMT implementations and telecom transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience in Lead-to-Cash (Lead-to-Bill) end-to-end solutions.
• Proficient in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, IntegrationHub.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware/API gateways.
• Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT/SOMT).
• Design end-to-end telecom processes including lead management, quote, catalog, order capture, and activation.
• Define scalable solution architectures across modules and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership for development teams and conduct workshops & reviews.
• Drive automation, workflow optimization, and best practices across telecom operations.

  • Inventory & Resource Management
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and Telecom BSS/OSS platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow development and implementation teams.
• Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive automation, workflow optimization, and best practices across telecom operations.
