Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager - ServiceNow Technical Development in Bengaluru to lead design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The role focuses on building scalable workflows and applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust platform configurations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and platform integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in global environments
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in supporting the ServiceNow platform, debugging Issues, root cause Analysis and fixing Incidents
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration
• Hands‑on experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Custom Applications and other ServiceNow modules.
• Respective certifications will be an added value
• Advanced Proficiency in scripting languages used within ServiceNow (JavaScript, GlideScript, Angular JS)
• Experience in Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Flow designer and Platform Analytics is a Plus
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Scripted REST APIs
• Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with ability to work with technology stakeholders at various levels and including global teams
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile software development methodologies

Qualifications We Prefer
