Job summary

Cygnus Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM modules. You will configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow applications, and drive implementations end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong development skills, familiarity with CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping, and CSA certification. Collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to best practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow
• Hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development
• Experience with workflows, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
• Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Mohive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• CSA certification is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Work on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.
• Develop Flow Designer workflows and ServiceNow automation.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM concepts as required.
• Support IT Asset Management processes including hardware/software asset management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other tech teams.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain documentation.
