Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, SPM, Project Management, and Workflow Automation.
• Build custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data imports with enterprise applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, and releases with minimal business disruption.
• Maintain CMDB data quality, integrity, and governance.
• Implement RBAC, ACLs, security rules, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and organizational standards for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, configuration documents, and release notes.
• Support user training, rollout activities, and post-implementation validation.
• Collaborate with vendors, ServiceNow support teams, and implementation partners as required.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and emerging capabilities, recommending platform enhancements and upgrades.

? Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, SPM, Project Management, and Workflow Automation.
• Build custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data imports with enterprise applications.

• Manage platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, and releases with minimal business disruption.
• Maintain CMDB data quality, integrity, and governance.
• Optimize platform performance, perform root-cause analysis, and proactively resolve technical issues.
• Implement RBAC, ACLs, security rules, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and organizational standards for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, configuration documents, and release notes.

• Ensure all customizations and development follow ServiceNow secure coding practices and global application security standards.
• Monitor platform security and participate in vulnerability assessments, remediation, patching, and mitigation activities.
• Maintain repositories and documentation for configurations, integrations, custom development, and security controls.

? Ideal Candidate

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, and administration.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, App Engine, ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, workflows, APIs, ACLs, and security.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
