Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team. The role demands 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with deep engagement in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

You will design scalable ServiceNow solutions, lead technical implementations, and drive platform optimization. Responsibilities include strong scripting with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, MID Server configuration, and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB governance, and CSDM framework.
• Experience in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Ability to design scalable ServiceNow solutions and lead technical implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and platform optimization skills.
• CSA and CIS certifications in ITOM/ITSM preferred.
