Job summary

Cibronix Software Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience to configure and enhance ServiceNow SPM solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. The role focuses on Demand, Portfolio, Project, and Resource Management, as well as Idea Management, with strong emphasis on workflows, data models, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM / Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Experience with Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, and Idea Management.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer / Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions / UI Policies, Tables and Forms, Reports and Dashboards.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures and platform administration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and project delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow SPM applications, including Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Idea Management.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Design and implement workflows, forms, lists, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, notifications, and automation.
• Configure SPM data models, hierarchies, scoring, prioritization, and portfolio structures.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support.
• Improve process efficiency, reporting, dashboards, and portfolio visibility.
• Participate in testing, deployment, data migration, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer and end-user training.
• Ensure platform standards and governance are maintained.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, including Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Idea Management, and Agile/PPM-related capabilities.
