Job summary

DataLunix is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, implement, and optimize Strategic Portfolio Management solutions across Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, and Financial Planning. You will work with Architects, Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow configurations and integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven implementation experience in ServiceNow SPM.
• Experience with Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM, CMDB, Foundation Data concepts.
• Experience configuring Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Service Catalog.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise middleware.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and custom applications using ServiceNow best practices.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, CSDM, and Foundation Data to support enterprise portfolio and project management processes.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware platforms.
• Build dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions to support portfolio governance and executive decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize platform performance.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
• Ensure all development complies with ServiceNow coding standards, governance policies, and security best practices.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and customizing Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning modules while leveraging CSDM, CMDB, and Foundation Data to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow SPM solutions that align portfolio strategy with business execution.
