HCL Technologies Limited seeks an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant (SPM) to drive the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions.

The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in portfolio, project, demand, resource, and investment management processes and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow SPM solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Functional Consultant/Business Analyst.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow SPM/PPM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio, demand, project, resource, and financial management.
• Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Ability to create BRD, FRD, process flows, and user stories.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow SPM implementations.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand portfolio and project management processes.
• Design and configure ServiceNow SPM modules based on business needs.
• Configure and support: Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile Development, Resource Management, Investment Funding, Program & Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning Workspace, OKR and Goal Management.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and enhancements.
• Support UAT, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide best practice recommendations aligned with ServiceNow standards.
