Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Consultant/Architect to lead implementation and governance for Strategic Portfolio Management across multiple client engagements. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, integration, and performance optimization within ServiceNow SPM, PPM, and related modules.

Location is in Gr Noida, Pune or Bangalore with Work From Office (WFO). Immediate to 60 days notice, and strong client-facing delivery experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with SPM/PPM implementations.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and project delivery environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) / PPM implementations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and project delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow SPM applications.
• Implement and enhance Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Idea Management capabilities.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, forms, lists, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, and automations.
• Configure SPM data models, portfolio hierarchies, prioritization frameworks, and scoring models.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
• Improve reporting, dashboards, portfolio visibility, and project tracking capabilities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, testing artifacts, and release documentation.
• Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and post-production support.
• Ensure ServiceNow platform governance, standards, and best practices are followed.
• Recommend process improvements and platform enhancements to optimize SPM adoption.
• Support data migration, data quality, and validation activities.
• Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and training.
