Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ServiceNow SPM Consultant to lead design, configuration, and integration of Enterprise Portfolio Management solutions.

You will gather requirements, customize workflows, and build dashboards with a strong emphasis on Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Financial Planning modules, collaborating with analysts and architects.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of strong experience in ServiceNow SPM including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Planning modules.
• Hands-on expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and Service Portal/Workspace customizations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and project lifecycle management processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and configuration of SPM solutions for Demand, Project, Portfolio and related modules.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow SPM technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, client scripts, UI policies, and automations to support portfolio and project management.
• Implement end-to-end demand intake, approval, and project lifecycle workflows.
• Configure project templates, structures, schedules, and milestones.
• Design and maintain portfolio roadmaps, investment plans, and financials.
• Enable prioritization and scoring models aligned with business strategy.
• Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards for portfolio health and capacity.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical design impacts.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM and ITSM, CMDB, ERP, HR systems, and third-party tools.

• Lead design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Planning, Time card, Agile Development modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable ServiceNow SPM technical solutions.
• Develop and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, and Script Includes to support portfolio and project management processes.
• Implement end-to-end demand intake, approval, and project lifecycle workflows
• Configure project templates, task structures, schedules, and milestones
• Design and maintain portfolio structures, roadmaps, and investment plans
• Configure financial plans, cost tracking, budgets, and benefits
• Enable prioritization and scoring models aligned with business strategy
• Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards for portfolio health, capacity, and financials
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand functional requirements and define technical design impacts and dependencies.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM and enterprise applications such as ITSM, CMDB, ERP, HR systems, and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Support UAT planning, defect triage, issue resolution, and production deployment.
• 5-6 years of strong experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) including Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning modules.
• Hands-on expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and Service Portal / Workspace customizations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and project lifecycle management processes.
• Experience supporting testing lifecycle, SIT, UAT, defect fixing, and release management.
• Good understanding of platform governance, security, upgrade-safe development, and best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
