NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, configure, develop, and support Strategic Portfolio Management solutions for a UK project. The role requires strong SPM processes knowledge and hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.

The candidate will design SPM configurations for portfolio, program, project, demand, resource, and financial planning, and implement forms, workflows, and notifications.

Responsabilidades

• Design and configure ServiceNow SPM solutions based on business needs.
• Develop and configure forms, fields, rules, scripts, policies, workflows, flows, and notifications.
• Support demand management, project management, resource planning, and portfolio planning processes.
• Create integrations with external applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or other technologies.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and perform testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, configure, develop, and support Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. The role requires strong knowledge of SPM processes and hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.

• Design and configure ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions based on business and project requirements.
• Work on portfolio, program, project, demand, resource, financial, and strategic planning capabilities within SPM.
• Develop and configure forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, flows, and notifications.
• Support demand management, project management, resource planning, and portfolio planning processes.
• Develop integrations with external applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or other appropriate technologies.
• Translate functional requirements and process designs into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, defect fixing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver SPM enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
• Good understanding of Demand, Project, Portfolio, Program, and Resource Management processes.
• Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow security, ACLs, update sets, and deployment practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
