Job summary

Maneva Consulting seeks a seasoned ServiceNow SOMT Developer to implement telecom service order workflows for a remote nationwide delivery.

You will customize order orchestration, integrate with OSS/BSS, and build Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, and Script Includes.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years' experience, strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, and familiarity with telecom lifecycle. Experience with CPQ or billing integrations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API.
• Familiarity with order decomposition, orchestration and fulfilment.

Requirements:

ServiceNow SOMT

• Configure and customize Service Order Management workflows for order decomposition, orchestration, and fulfilment.
• Build and maintain order plans, task orchestration, and integration with network/inventory systems.
• Develop custom Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows for order processing.
• Integrate SOMT with CPQ, CLM, billing, and OSS/BSS systems.
• Troubleshoot order fallout, exceptions, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Network Operations, and Telecom domain teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Order Management (SOM), especially in Telecommunications (SOMT) context.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Understanding of telecom order lifecycle, product/service decomposition, and fulfillment orchestration.
• Experience integrating with OSS/BSS, network inventory, and provisioning systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) industry solutions.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
