Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across TSM/TSOM/OMT/ITOM/CSM/CMDB. You will work with cross-functional teams, build workflows, and integrate with REST/SOAP APIs in a telecom context.

Exposure to Logik.ai, CLMPro, and CPQ platforms is preferred. Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Agile/Scrum delivery is required.

Qualifications

4+ years in ServiceNow Development.
Experience in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and workflow development.
Strong JS knowledge: JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
Strong understanding of Telecom Order Management and Fulfillment processes.
Experience with TM Forum APIs in telecom.
Hands-on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Exposure to Logik.ai, CLMPro, and CPQ platforms is mandatory/preferred.
Experience in Service Catalog and workflow automation.
Ability to design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

Experience: 4+ years in ServiceNow Development.
Strong hands‑on experience in TSM, TSOM, OMT, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
Experience in ServiceNow customization, configuration, and workflow development.
