Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead a team of developers and own the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, workflows, implementation, deployment, and production support, along with excellent client‑facing and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.
• Own technical delivery and provide guidance on ServiceNow solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
