Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow SAM Pro specialist to implement and configure software asset management solutions across enterprise environments. You will manage lifecycle processes, licenses, contracts, and ELP, ensuring compliance and optimization.

The role requires strong scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script) and experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub. Familiarity with CMDB, CSDM, and ITIL practices is essential.

• Deep knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and ITAM framework.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with JavaScript and Glide Script.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro, publisher packs, and software models.
• Manage the software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Configure licenses, entitlements, contracts, and ELP.
• Perform normalization, reconciliation, reclamation, and compliance audits.
• Integrate SAM with Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Expertise: Deep knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), ITAM framework, CMDB, and Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
• Scripting Development: Advanced JavaScript, Glide Script, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
• Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and connecting third-party discovery tools (SCCM, Flexera, Intune).
• Platform Tools: ServiceNow Discovery and Flow Designer
• Preferred Certification - CSA, CIS-ITSM, ITIL Foundation Certification
