Altraize is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer to implement and optimize Software Asset Management processes in our enterprise IT environment. You will configure models, entitlements, contracts, installations, license positions, and metrics, while ensuring license compliance and cost optimization.

The role requires integration with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Procurement, Finance, and ITOM, plus interaction with Publisher Packs and Content Library.

Qualifications

Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow SAM Pro in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in software asset lifecycle, licensing and compliance.
Hands-on integration of SAM Pro with CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM stacks.
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro across the landscape.
Configure models, entitlements, contracts, installations, and license metrics.
Manage normalization, reconciliation, reclamation, and SaaS license management.
Integrate SAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Procurement, Finance, and ITOM.
Work with Publisher Packs and ServiceNow Content Library.
Develop reports and dashboards for license utilization and spend.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro).

The candidate will be responsible for software license compliance, software asset optimization, license reconciliation, normalization, reclamation, and vendor audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro.
Configure software models, entitlements, contracts, installations, license positions, and license metrics.
Manage software normalization, reconciliation, reclamation, and SaaS License Management.
Integrate SAM Pro with CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, ITSM, Procurement, Finance, and ITOM.
Work with Publisher Packs and ServiceNow Content Library.
Manage software license compliance and identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
Support licensing models such as per-user, per-device, per-core, processor, named-user, concurrent, and SaaS/subscription.
Troubleshoot software discovery and normalization data-quality issues.
Integrate with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, cloud portals, and other inventory tools.
Prepare and maintain software asset data for vendor audits.
Develop reports and dashboards for license utilization, compliance, and software spend.
Work with ITAM, IT Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Vendor Management teams.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
