Job summary

Altraize in Pune is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer to implement, configure and support ServiceNow SAM Pro. You will handle software asset management, license compliance, normalization, reconciliation, and vendor audits while integrating SAM Pro with CMDB, ITSM, Discovery, and ITOM.

You will work with publishers, content libraries, and various inventory tools (SCCM/MECM, Intune, Jamf) to optimize software spend and ensure audit readiness across the enterprise IT landscape.

Qualifications

Experience implementing, configuring and supporting ServiceNow SAM Pro.
Strong knowledge of software asset management and ITAM processes.
Experience with licensing models and vendor audits.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro.
Configure models, entitlements, contracts, installations, license positions and metrics.
Manage normalization, reconciliation, reclamation, and SaaS license management.
Integrate SAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Procurement, Finance and ITOM.
Work with Publisher Packs and ServiceNow Content Library.
Identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities and ensure license compliance.
Support licensing models (per-user, per-device, per-core, processor, named-user, concurrent, SaaS).
Troubleshoot discovery and normalization data-quality issues.
Integrate with SCCM/MECM, Intune, Jamf and other inventory tools.
Prepare data for vendor audits and develop reports/dashboards for spend.
Collaborate with ITAM, IT Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Vendor Management.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripts, and integrations.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro).
