Job summary

Altraize is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer to design, configure, and support SAM Pro implementations in enterprise environments. You will handle license normalization, reconciliation, and optimization, and ensure audit readiness while integrating SAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Procurement, Finance, and ITOM.

The role requires strong scripting and API skills and hands-on deployment experience.

Qualifications

Experience implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of license reconciliation, normalization and optimization.
Hands-on integration of SAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM and ITOM.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro.
Configure software models, entitlements, contracts, installations, license positions and metrics.
Manage software normalization, reconciliation, reclamation and SaaS License Management.
Integrate SAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Procurement, Finance and ITOM.
Work with Publisher Packs and ServiceNow Content Library.
Manage software license compliance and identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
Support various licensing models (per-user/per-device/per-core/etc).
Troubleshoot software discovery and normalization data quality issues.
Integrate with SCCM/MECM, Intune, Jamf and cloud portals.
Prepare and maintain software asset data for vendor audits.
Develop reports and dashboards for license utilization and spend.
Collaborate with ITAM, IT Finance, Procurement, Legal and Vendor Management teams.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripts and integrations.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro).

The candidate will be responsible for software license compliance, software asset optimization, license reconciliation, normalization, reclamation, and vendor audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage software normalization, reconciliation, reclamation, and SaaS License Management.
