Job summary

Pixelcode Technologies India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead enterprise ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and transformations with 7+ years of experience; immediate joiners are preferred.

You will manage end-to-end delivery across CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring ITIL-aligned governance in a large financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management with 3+ years delivering ServiceNow projects in financial services.
• End-to-end delivery of ServiceNow programmes in large enterprise environments.
• Ability to define scope, priorities, delivery plans, and governance with strong stakeholder communication.
• Experience within Banking or Financial Services is an advantage.

Job description

We are urgently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager (CMDB)with 7+years of experience(Immediate joiners) to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow programmes in Financial Services.

Key Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years delivering ServiceNow projects in financial services.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow CMDB,Discovery,Service Mapping , ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog, HRSD, CSM, or related modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Infrastructure teams to define project scope, priorities, and delivery plans,Raidlogs and stakeholder Reporting.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure successful delivery of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure projects comply with ITIL best practices, governance, security, and organisational standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience within Banking or Financial Services is an advantage.
