Position Title: Senior ServiceNow Project Manager

Experience Required: 10 to 20 Years

Role Summary

A seasoned Senior ServiceNow Project Manager with a proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments for global clients. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project delivery, align technical solutions with client strategies, and lead cross-functional delivery teams (Architects, Developers, and Consultants) across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead high-visibility ServiceNow implementations from initiation through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Governance & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external business leaders, platform owners, and executive sponsors, delivering clear status reporting, risk mitigation, and change management strategies.
• Technical & Architectural Alignment: Partner closely with Platform and ITOM Architects to translate business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring technical execution aligns with client goals.
• ITOM & Platform Scope Oversight: Drive projects involving ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB (IRE & Attestation), and enterprise integration frameworks (Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, AD, Workday, SAP).
• Team Leadership & Resource Management: Direct, mentor, and manage Agile delivery teams (Developers, QA, Technical Leads), facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Risk & Financial Management: Proactively identify project dependencies, technical risks, scope creep, and resource bottlenecks, implementing effective contingency plans.

Key Qualifications

• Overall Experience: 10 to 20 years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 68 years specifically leading ServiceNow implementations.
• Domain Expertise: Strong functional and strategic understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and platform integrations.
• Methodologies: Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Hybrid/Waterfall project delivery frameworks.
• Technical Awareness: Ability to speak fluently with technical teams regarding ServiceNow architecture, Flow Designer, custom applications, and third-party integrations (SCCM, Jira, AD, etc.).
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM).
