Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect/Lead to design, develop, and deploy enterprise workflows and ITSM solutions. You will guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices and quality while aligning with business requirements.

The role emphasizes GRC and HRSD capabilities, IT governance, and strong scripting skills. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration is offered in Hyderabad/Gurugram/Noida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or comparable studies.
• 9–12 years of experience in software development.
• ServiceNow Administrator and Developer Certifications.
• Experience with ITSM modules, testing, and HRSD/GRC/ITOM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure best practices and quality standards.
