Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a Senior Manager- ServiceNow Platform Technical Architect to oversee EA, APM, CSDM, and integration in Noida or Gurugram. You will lead governance and architecture programs for a large, regulated environment.

You will partner with Risk, Security, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders to strengthen governance and technology risk management across the ServiceNow stack. This role requires 15+ years in Enterprise Architecture and 7+ years with ServiceNow, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline.
• Extensive ServiceNow EA, APM, CSDM, CMDB, ITSM/ITOM experience.
• Strong governance, risk, and regulatory compliance expertise in financial services.
• Experience leading enterprise architecture programs and data governance.
• TOGAF and ServiceNow CTA are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption of the ServiceNow EA ecosystem.
• Lead implementation and maturity of EA Module, APM, Technology Portfolio Management and lifecycle practices.
• Drive enterprise-wide CSDM adoption, data governance, and technology portfolio visibility.
• Establish architecture standards, lifecycle processes, health assessments, and reviews.
• Lead integration across ServiceNow, Archer, Workiva, CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM.
• Partner with EA, Risk, Security, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders.
• Drive technology risk controls, policy compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Enable traceability across capabilities, applications, technologies, risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Define executive dashboards and roadmaps to support investment decisions.
