Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Lead to design, develop and implement ServiceNow platforms and integrations. You will guide a team, drive Agile adoption, and work with analysts to translate requirements into scalable IT solutions.

The role requires strong ITSM expertise (IM/PM/CM/KM/ESS/Service Catalog/CMDB), GRC/HRSD knowledge, and hands-on scripting and integration experience. Hybrid office presence in key Indian locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or comparable studies.
• 9-12 years of Software Development experience.
• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules Testing (IM, PM, CM, KM, ESS, Discovery Asset, Service Catalog, CMDB, GRC, HRSD).
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification and ServiceNow Developer Certification.
• HRSD Micro Cert (Good to have) and GRC Micro Cert (Good to have).
• 4+ years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure best practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the development team.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features, with a focus on GRC and HRSD capabilities.
• Service Now Scripting experience – JavaScript, Angular JX, Jelly, XML, etc.
• Experience in implementation of workflows, flow designer, script includes, client scripts, policies, etc.
• Design and implement ITSM Modules in ServiceNow, including Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Configuration Management, Service Portal.
• Knowledge of HRSD, ITBM, GRC & ITOM is a plus.
• Experience in ServiceNow SOAP and REST Integration.
• Good to have knowledge on Workspaces.

Education
