- Lead discovery workshops to map business processes to ITIL‑aligned workflows and translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including UI policies, client scripts, workflow rules, and business rules to automate operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Security, and Business units to ensure seamless integration of ITSM processes with existing enterprise systems.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide training documentation, and deliver post‑go‑live support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical design documents, process maps, and governance frameworks to ensure long‑term scalability and audit readiness.
