Job summary

Cerebra is hiring for a Full Time role in Hybrid mode for ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) across Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The candidate should have 3-9 years of relevant experience and a strong grip on AI-assisted capabilities aligned with business goals.

The position requires proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM, incident management, and a solid understanding of SDLC as well as ITIL frameworks. Immediate joiners up to 30 days are preferred.

Must To Have Skills:
