ServiceNow Integration Specialist (SAP Integration)

• Remote (India)
• 4–8 Years
• Employment type: Contract

Shift: PST Time Zone (Starting from 5 PM IST onwards)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow–SAP integrations using Integration Hub, custom spokes/connectors, and MID Server.

Build bi-directional integrations (SAP ↔ ServiceNow) ensuring secure, efficient data exchange.

Configure and manage Event Management, including connectors, alert rules, and correlation logic.

Develop and manage custom connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and Webhooks within ServiceNow.

Collaborate with SAP and ServiceNow teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.

Troubleshoot integration-related issues, maintaining data integrity and performance.

Maintain documentation for integration designs, mappings, and flows.

Follow ServiceNow best practices and support CI/CD and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

5–8 years of IT experience, including 4+ years in ServiceNow development/integration.

Hands‑on experience with Integration Hub and custom connector development.

Strong ServiceNow ↔ SAP integration experience (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).

Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JSON, XML, and authentication (OAuth, Basic Auth, etc.).

Experience configuring MID Server and working with ITSM, CMDB, and Event Management modules.

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.

Familiarity with SAP modules and data structures.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Integration Hub Specialist Certification preferred.
