Job summary

Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner company is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer based in India. You will lead design, development, and optimization of enterprise HRSD/ITSM solutions, integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM, and advancing AI-enabled automation.

You will ensure performance, governance, and scalable interfaces in a remote-first environment, collaborating across teams to drive digital transformation for employees and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of IT services experience with hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST & SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, Advanced Workflow Automation (AWA), and Virtual Agent.
• Experience implementing generative AI and intelligent automation (Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence).
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics, ATF, governance, and HRSD/ITSM modules (Core HR Case Management, Employee Relations, Employee Center Pro).
• Advanced Service Portal development and responsive UI skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration abilities; remote work capable.
• Willingness to work within ₹12–14 LPA annual compensation.

Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade solutions that drive digital transformation and improve operational efficiency. You will build seamless integrations between ServiceNow and leading HR platforms, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM. The role offers the opportunity to develop intelligent workflows, implement generative AI capabilities, and enhance employee experiences through modern digital solutions. You will work across ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM), ensuring platform performance, scalability, and reliability. Accountabilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
• Design, configure, and optimize automated workflows using Flow Designer, Advanced Workflow Automation (AWA), and Virtual Agent to streamline business operations and improve service delivery.
• Implement and enhance generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities, including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to improve user experiences and support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance using Performance Analytics, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and established platform governance practices to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end development and enhancement of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules, with a focus on Core HR Case Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Center Pro customization.
• Develop advanced Service Portals with intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces tailored to diverse business and employee needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and platform best practices.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in IT services, with substantial hands‑on expertise in ServiceNow development and enterprise solution delivery.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and HR platforms, particularly Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST and SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, Advanced Workflow Automation (AWA), and Virtual Agent.
• Demonstrated experience implementing generative AI and intelligent automation solutions within ServiceNow, including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence.
• Solid knowledge of Performance Analytics, Automated Test Framework (ATF), platform optimization, and ServiceNow governance standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules, particularly Core HR Case Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Center Pro.
• Advanced development skills in Service Portal, including the ability to build and customize complex, responsive user interfaces.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities, combined with effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver high‑quality solutions within established timelines.
• Willingness to work within the indicated annual compensation range of ₹12–14 LPA.
