Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist.
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, MID Server, and data transforms.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience designing and implementing conversational solutions using ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist, developing integrations with external systems, and automating business workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Development

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog.
• Configure and enhance Service Catalog and Request Management solutions.
• Build conversational experiences using ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist.
• Design topic flows, dialogs, contextual triggers, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models.
• Develop reusable components and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.

Integration & Automation

• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Integration Hub.
• Develop custom Spokes and Connectors for enterprise integrations.
• Configure and manage MID Server integrations.
• Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer.
• Handle data transformation, Transform Maps, Import Sets, and data synchronization.
• Ensure secure and reliable integration between ServiceNow and external systems.

Platform Administration & Support

• Troubleshoot platform issues and integration failures.
• Monitor ServiceNow performance and resolve production issues.
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
• Participate in platform upgrades and enhancement initiatives.Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions.
