Orcapod Consulting Services in Kolkata is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to gather HR requirements and translate them into HRSD solutions. You will work on HR Case Management, ESC, and HR Services, document BRDs/FRDs and user stories, and partner with HR, IT, and technical teams to map as-is vs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and technical teams to understand existing HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Service Center (ESC), HR Knowledge Management, and HR Catalog.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Define and document as-is and to-be HR processes and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects for configuration, customization, integrations, and implementation activities.
• Support UAT planning, test case preparation, defect tracking, and business validation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during SIT/UAT and ensure requirements are implemented as expected.
• Analyze existing HR workflows and recommend improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Work with integration teams for HRSD integrations with HR systems, identity/access management, and other enterprise applications.
• Prepare functional specifications and provide clarification to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support deployment, production validation, documentation, and post-go-live activities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
