Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer for a fully remote role based in India. You will design, develop, and maintain HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, and lifecycle events, while building scalable integrations with external systems.

You will use Flow Designer to automate workflows, REST/SOAP APIs for integrations, and JavaScript for customization. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on upgrade-safe practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of ServiceNow development experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience designing, developing, configuring, and implementing HRSD solutions.
• Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services and Lifecycle Events.
• Practical experience using Flow Designer to build workflows.
• Experience with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Strong JavaScript skills: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions.
• Ability to manage development tasks end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer with strong expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, build, and maintain scalable HR technology solutions. In this role, you will develop and configure HR services, employee-facing portals, case management capabilities, and lifecycle workflows that streamline HR operations and improve the employee experience. You will leverage ServiceNow scripting, automation tools, and integration technologies to connect HR platforms with external enterprise systems. Working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. You will contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions in line with business requirements and technical best practices.

• Implement and support core HRSD capabilities, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events.

• Configure and customize Service Catalog components, including catalog items, record producers, and HR service offerings.

• Design and automate HR workflows using Flow Designer to improve process efficiency and employee service delivery.

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with external systems using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and related integration technologies.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

• Translate HR business requirements into scalable technical solutions that support effective and consistent HR processes.

• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting HRSD applications, workflows, integrations, and platform functionality.

• Collaborate with functional teams, technical colleagues, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with organizational needs.

• Follow ServiceNow development standards, coding best practices, and upgrade-safe customization principles to ensure maintainability and platform stability.

• 5–10 years of overall ServiceNow development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in HR Service Delivery.

• Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, Lifecycle Events, Service Catalog, and related HRSD capabilities.

• Practical experience using Flow Designer to build and maintain workflows and automated business processes.

• Strong JavaScript development skills and hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.

• Ability to independently manage development tasks from requirements analysis and solution design through testing, deployment, and support.
