Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and integrate HRSD and Employee Experience solutions across the enterprise.

You will work with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, and Service Portal to deliver scalable, user-centric processes, plus REST/SOAP integrations and robust documentation. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Enterprise Architecture; participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise app development with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience delivering HRSD and employee-experience solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications with focus on HRSD and Employee Experience.
• Develop custom apps using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Now Experience Framework.
• Build Employee Center pages and components via UI Builder and Service Portal.
• Design employee workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and leave requests.

This role is focused on the design, development, customization, integration, and enhancement of ServiceNow Employee Experience solutions, including HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center, Employee Workflows, Enterprise News, Content Management, Knowledge Management, and custom applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on ServiceNow developer with strong experience delivering scalable, user-centric solutions and automating enterprise business processes.

Key Responsibilities
