Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, implement, and support HRSD solutions in Bengaluru. You will lead HRSD workflows, Employee Center configurations, and service catalog enhancements while ensuring secure data access and scalable integration with Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong HRSD focus, and the ability to collaborate with HRIT and integration teams to deliver streamlined

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise HR Service Delivery solutions.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with Employee Center / Employee Service Center.
• Experience working with integrations involving HR systems such as Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions based on business requirements.
• Implement and support HRSD capabilities, including HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, HR Services and HR Service Catalog, Lifecycle Events, and Journey Management.
• Translate HR business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and develop/workflows/Flow Designer flows/Business Rules/Client Scripts/Notifications.
• Configure and enhance Employee Center experiences, including self-service, catalog items, and portal functionality.
• Implement HR security and data access controls to protect sensitive employee information.
• Design and support integrations with Oracle HCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other enterprise apps.
