Responsibilities

• Configure software models, entitlements, licenses and compliance.
• Work on software license reconciliation and optimization.
• Integrate HAM/SAM with CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Workflows.
• Develop and maintain asset-related reports, dashboards and workflows.
• Troubleshoot HAM/SAM issues and data reconciliation.
• Support upgrades and production issues.
• Develop integrations with third-party asset management systems.
• Ensure asset data alignment between Assets, CIs and CMDB.
• Collaborate with technical teams for HAM/SAM enhancements.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HAM/SAM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB. The candidate will be responsible for development, configuration, implementation, enhancement and support of HAM/SAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
