We are seeking a highly experienced (Senior) ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep hands‑on capability beyond ITSM, with a focus on asset lifecycle management, CMDB integrity, discovery, and software licensing compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on ITAM (HAM and SAM)
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate asset data population
• Develop and maintain CMDB structures, ensuring data integrity, relationships, and governance
• Manage and enhance Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, including license tracking, compliance, and entitlement management
• Build integrations and automation workflows supporting asset lifecycle management
• Ensure proper alignment and synchronization between Asset records and Configuration Items (CIs)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to discovery, CMDB, and asset data quality
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant solutions
