Job summary

Contactx Resource Management seeks a seasoned ServiceNow developer to design and implement HAM Pro and SAM Pro solutions in a dynamic IT environment.

You will customize modules with scripting, workflows, and UI elements; manage asset lifecycles, licensing, and reconciliations; and build integrations with SCCM, Intune, and other tools. Strong ITIL knowledge and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on HAM Pro and SAM Pro experience.
• Experience with CMDB & Discovery.
• Experience with Flow Designer & IntegrationHub.
• Service Catalog & Workflows.
• JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Software normalization and reconciliation processes.
• Knowledge of software licensing models and compliance.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, or procurement systems.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro solutions.
• Customize ServiceNow modules using scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Implement end-to-end asset lifecycle management for hardware and software assets.
• Configure software normalization, reconciliation, and license management in SAM Pro.
• Manage hardware inventory, procurement, stockrooms, contracts, and lifecycle in HAM Pro.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Flexera, Snow, or discovery tools.
• Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management data models.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform platform upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Support audits, software compliance, and asset optimization initiatives.
