Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD specialist to develop and customize HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management. You will configure HR workflows, lifecycle events, and integrations, and build Flow Designer workflows with robust catalog items and record producers.

• Experience delivering HRSD solutions on ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
• Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts.
• Exposure to HR lifecycle events and employee workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / HRSD) preferred.
