PeopleLogic in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications) to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for telecom order management processes.

You will implement Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and workflows; collaborate with stakeholders, architects and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions across the SDLC.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow OMT / Order Management for Telecommunications.
• Good understanding of Telecom Order Management and fulfillment processes.
• Experience with Flow Designer / IntegrationHub.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, data model, ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Experience across the SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and customize ServiceNow OMT solutions based on business requirements.
• Work on telecom order management workflows, order decomposition, fulfillment, and orchestration.
• Configure and develop Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external telecom systems.
• Work on product/order configuration, order capture, order fulfillment, and service provisioning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other ServiceNow developers.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain code quality.
