Job summary

Notice :Immediate to 15 days Max.

• Strong expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request, and Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Portal.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management lifecycle.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and CI relationship management.
