Job summary

Trigent Software in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Engineer to join our delivery team. You will implement ITSM modules, write scripts, and build integrations.

The role requires 4–6 years' hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience, CSA certification, and readiness for immediate join or within 15 days; maximum budget is 15 LPA.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
• Valid ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, IntegrationHub, and ITIL v4 concepts.
• Ability to join immediately or within 15 days.

Responsibilities

• ITSM Implementation: Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB modules.
• Scripting & Automation: Build Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, and Flow Designer flows using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Portals & Integrations: Develop Service Portal pages/widgets and build REST/SOAP web service integrations using IntegrationHub and Transform Maps.
• Platform & CMDB Maintenance: Maintain CMDB health, manage Update Sets, and support SIT/UAT releases.

Key Responsibilities

• ITSM Implementation: Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB modules.
• Scripting & Automation: Build Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, and Flow Designer flows using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Portals & Integrations: Develop Service Portal pages/widgets and build REST/SOAP web service integrations using IntegrationHub and Transform Maps.
• Platform & CMDB Maintenance: Maintain CMDB health (CI classes, reconciliation rules), manage Update Sets, and support SIT/UAT releases.

Must-Have Requirements

• 46 years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
• Valid ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, IntegrationHub, and ITIL v4 concepts.
• Ability to join immediately or within 15 days.

Preferred Skills

• CIS-ITSM or CAD Certifications.
• Knowledge of ITOM, HRSD, or Automated Test Framework (ATF).
