Cerebra is seeking a ServiceNow Developer ITSM to design and implement ITSM solutions from Chennai. You will work on CMDB, ITIL processes, and Now Assist with hands-on development and integrations.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of ServiceNow experience, strong scripting skills, and will support ITSM modules including Change, Event, Security Operations, and Service Catalog. US overlap shift applies.

Qualifikationen

• 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM development.
• Proficient in CMDB, ITIL processes and Now Assist.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, scripting, and UI policies.
