Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an IBM Datapower & APIGEE Admin to lead ServiceNow integration efforts across multiple locations in India. The role involves configuring ITSM modules, building integrations via REST and SOAP, and driving automation through MID Server deployments.

You will also work with Integration Hub, Spokes, and ServiceNow Virtual Agent to optimize workflows. Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of relevant experience and strong problem-solving skills for complex IT

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in IT service management and integration
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and ITSM modules
• Proficient in REST/SOAP based integrations and middleware tools

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize core ITSM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge)
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions
• Build Scripted REST APIs and data transforms, troubleshoot integration failures
• Enable integrations using MID Server, Integration Hub and Spokes with 3rd party tools
• Manage ServiceNow VA (Virtual Agent) related initiatives

ServiceNow Integration:

• Configure & customize core ITSM applications:
  Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge
  Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
  Implement SLAs, notifications, service catalogue items, and request workflows.
  Improve process automation and drive ITILaligned practices.
  Troubleshoot ITSM defects and optimize performance.
