Job summary

Contactx Resource Management in India is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with CSA for Hyderabad/Pune/Bangalore. You will work on ServiceNow Implementation projects (not enhancements) and drive end-to-end delivery with ITSM, GRC, HRSD, CSM applications.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum experience, and ability to work under pressure; certifications like CIS/ITIL are preferred.

Hiring for ServiceNow Developer with CSA - Hyderabad/Pune/Bangalore

Requirements:

• Candidates should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
• Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform.
• Aware of best development practices during implementation & coach other team members to follow best practices.
• Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members
• Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
• Ideal candidate should have worked on agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow application in scrum-based approach
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
• Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
