Job summary

Contactx Resource Management is hiring a ServiceNow Developer with CSA for Hyderabad, Pune or Bangalore. The role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (not enhancements) and strong knowledge of ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD and CSM modules.

The ideal candidate will drive best development practices, manage complex ITSM deployments, work in an Agile/Scrum environment, and demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

Hiring for ServiceNow Developer with CSA - Hyderabad/Pune/Bangalore

Requirements:

• Candidates should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services)
• Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform.
• Aware of best development practices during implementation & coach other team members to follow best practices.
• Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members
• Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
• Ideal candidate should have worked on agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow application in scrum-based approach
• Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
• Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow

• Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
