The role requires hands-on experience in ITSM, BCM, HRSD, CSM, FSM/FSO, and Administration, plus strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

You will design, develop and customize applications, configure workflows, build integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following: ITSM, BCM, ServiceNow Administration, CSM, FSM/FSO, HRSD.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
