Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Software Asset Management professional to join our delivery teams. The role demands 3–4 years of SAM experience and extensive work with ServiceNow SAM.

You will manage licensing for Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, and SaaS subscriptions, and participate in discovery, CMDB, normalization, and entitlement workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a vendor-supported environment.

Qualifications

• . 3–4 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) in enterprise environments.
• . At least 12 years working directly with ServiceNow SAM.
• . Strong understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, SaaS subscriptions).
• . Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, normalization, reconciliation rules, and entitlement workflows.
• . Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• . Ability to analyze large data sets and drive remediation with cross-functional teams.
• . Preferred: SAM tool deployments or enhancements in an enterprise environment; ITAM/HAM/Procurement interdependencies; ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
